Any Idea What This Is?
Trying to find out what this is????? It is small so I thought it might be a whistle!?
Plum Jelly
I made some plumb jelly, not sure how it turned out.... as I didn't use a recipe!
I guess I will find out when I taste it!! I wanted to make freezer
jam but couldn't find a good lazy mans (or woman) recipe, so I made my
own!
Garden Melons

This year it got hot
earlier and was a longer hot summer so the melons grew really nice! My dad grew them in huge black planters, but this
one plant that this cantaloupe came from was grown in his garden by the
wood fence where it stays hot! They taste better than the ones in the store!! My dad really knows how to
garden!! I
hope we have a good summer next year like this one so I can try growing
a beautiful garden like my dads!! He has been giving me pointers &
telling me secrets on how to grow a great garden!! Hope I am keeping all the info he gives me in my brain! LOL

Made home made batter bread for breakfast with home made butter!!

It is like biscuit dough
only the consistency of cake batter.
Flour, baking powder, salt,
shortening, & milk.
